I lived in Northeast Thailand. I started playing Takraw since I was little. It has been 4-5 years since I started doing jump kick. I tried, but I couldn't do it back in Thailand. Now I can, I guess I went over my fear (4 months of serious practices). Quick Explanation: Kick your left leg up as hard as you can, then follow by the right leg. Hit the target with the right leg, then quickly LANDING by the RIGHT LEG. Try to keep the left leg in the air. Watch my hands closely, watch how I swing them. More Info: 4 months of taking serious practices. Just me trying to do what is called "FAAD". In Thai it means "Fly Kick" or "Roll Spike Kick".
