The entrance to The Palace packs the sort of wow factor you would expect from a villa of this standard. The impressive entrance gate opens onto a driveway that houses the maid's quarters, a double car port and ample private parking. From the car park the villa is reached by an imposing walkway of steppingstones across a stunning water features flanked by waterfalls on each side that look particularly impressive at night. A magnificent Buddha carving marks the entrance to the main pavilion and reflects the luxury inside.
The ground floor of the main pavilion comprises of two, impressively sized, adjoining suites that can be used separately or, as family rooms by accessing the internal adjoining door. The upper level of the pavilion, that is accessed by a staircase leading directly from the entrance, is a vast 250sqm double vaulted open plan living room/dining room. The living area has luxurious seating where you can relax and enjoy a movie on the 50 inch plasma flat screen TV. The main pavilion living and dining area is surrounded by foldaway glass doors that lead to the extensive veranda where stunning ocean, mountain and island views of Koh Tan can be enjoyed. The view is as spectacular during the day as it is at sunset and on balmy moonlit evenings.
The ground floor pavilion bedrooms, beachfront pavilions, infinity pool, gardens, dining area and the beach are all accessed from the upper floor by descending down the magnificent staircase.
All the Samui villas five, impressively sized, beautifully furnished, bedrooms, feature polished wooden floors or vaulted wooded ceilings, have built in teak wardrobes and sliding glass doors leading onto verandas with sun loungers overlooking the pool and the gardens.
